Victor is wonderful. He really listens to you and gets to know you so when he plans your travel he knows what type of activities, hotels, restaurants and tours to recommend for you. His staff responds quickly to emails and phone calls and if they don't have the information available, they will get it quickly. Victor is our "go to" guy for travel plans.
